The following Script on mod_tcommunity_toolbar is giving this error: Uncaught TypeError: Object [object Object] has no method 'collapse'

Also the last button of the toobar is not showing menu itens nly on google chrome.

I have noticed the problem at your site.
I am experiencing login failed at admin panel. It says like

Not Found
The requested URL /401.shtml was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

To fix this issue, we need access at admin and ftp access so that I can fix this issue at your site.
Can you come up with ftp by editing your first post?
