Hi Bongani,
I have seen and the admin access is working fine.
But I need FTP access for some changes.
Can you help me with this.
Thanks
Hi, Bongani.
I'm not sure what you mean by "getting my website from wide to normal screen view"
Socialize template is responsive so it means that it will fit to your current screen resolution and will do it automatically.
There is no switch option for that...
... or I misunderstood what you need?
Hi Bongani,
I am experiencing the ftp info problem.
Please check and send again.
It is safe if you edit your first post and fill up the ftp info.
Thanks
Hi Bongani,
Me and my one support team with different location have tried to access with the ftp credentials but failed.
It says,
Response: 530 Login authentication failed
Error: Critical error
Error: Could not connect to server
Can you check again please.
One another thing I want to mention , when I get access at site admin panel, it looks some kind of odd and it looks not similar as joomla admin panel be. In that case the socialize template also not working properly there. Do you like to explain.
Thanks
It may be an issue.
Can you send me a private message from jomsocial community.
I will reply then.
Thanks
Hi
I have added a css file named custom.css and added necessary code for this purpose.
Here I have attached the css file.
N.B: No need to update, I have updated through ftp.
Thanks
