Hi Mathias,
As I am seeing you have updated Joomla 3.2.2 and the socialize template admin panel showing blank.
This is an issue which have a simple fix. But as it is a new issue which is not related with current issue and need to fix first.
Please add another forum post with related this problem and please address ftp info there.

N.B: I have logged in with ftp access but didn't find the root of the site. Please mension also the directory where I should the necessary files.
