I have checked and it is permission related issue
"403 Forbidden :You don't have permission to access /v1/ on this server"

My website is running in x3 folder how come you say v1?

I have noticed that you hosted the site under the directory "x3".
As i can see the issue is related with file/folder permission.
Please check all files and foler with default permission file=644/folder=755

I have switched default template "beez 20" and disable community component from admin panel
and trying to login with joomla login and experiencing same issue.
It seems, it is not the problem from our end.
I would suggest you to find a good developer to fix this issue.
