ISSUE SUMMARY:
I have a:
- Issue 1
- Issue 2
I open the Issue 1 and set:
Meta Title -> Issue 1
Keywords -> Issue 1
Description -> Issue 1

After I open the Issue 2 and set:
Meta Title -> Issue 2
Keywords -> Issue 2
Description -> Issue 2

And if I want to edit Issue 1, I open it in tab Meta Tag, and I see in all fields (Meta Title, Keywords, Description) -> Issue 2

I made a test for this issue - The Jerusalem Post. I edited this issue, I added new meta title, meta keywords and meta description and every time I can see in front-end, source page, all my changes. Please let me know if this issue persist and how can I replicate this.

You must do everything in order given above.
Namely:
To submit the Issue 1 and set:
Meta Title -> Issue 1
Keywords -> Issue 1
Description -> Issue 1
Save it.

After to submit the Issue 2 and set:
Meta Title -> Issue 2
Keywords -> Issue 2
Description -> Issue 2
Save it.

To open Issue 1 in edit mode and go to tab Meta Tag, you'ii see in all fields (Meta Title, Keywords, Description) -> Issue 2

I made next steps:

1. I edited "Israel" Publication, I set "Israel News" meta title, keywords and description
2. I saved this publication
3. I edited "USA" publication and I added "USA News" for meta title, keywords and description
4. I saved this publication
5. I edited again "Israel" publication and I can see "Israel News" for meta title, keywords and description
