Hi. I have bought the publisher pro in this site, and wanted to update the plugin as the plugin say in the cpanel.
When I click the link, te plugin redirects me to ijoomla website and it says that i dnt have the license. Do I have the license buying it in this site?, do I need some special pass to join there?. I am interested in that update, because its an expensive plugin and its not working correctly as I should (imo).

Download it, unzip and install via Joomla! installer just like any other Joomla! extension - on top of older version.
If you'll have any issues with extension - post here: ONE thread = ONE issue.
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.

- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
