mega menu does not work vs Publisher

mega menu does not work vs Publisher
If I open the page in Publisher frontend, the menu mause over stops working. Works only onclick.
Maybe it JScript conflict or double call JQuery .
what can be done.

Please, provide me URL where I could see that issue.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.

this only happens when presenting the list of categories.
When you open a publication or issue - everything works fine.

I see that only difference in console is this error:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'Constructor' of undefined in this file ROOT/t3-assets/js/js-871e0.js?t=953

Could you also askt T3 developers to take a look?

I now. But with others extentions it work perfectly.
It doesn't work only with Publiser Category view page.
