When user clicks on hashtag, the Error 1267 is raised " Illegal mix of collations (utf8_general_ci,IMPLICIT) and (utf8mb4_general_ci,COERCIBLE) for operation 'like' ". Can you please look at it?

Privet Vitalii.

Thank you for contacting us.
Please, check your database what collation is used for tables. It seems that they are mixed - you use at the same database both collations: utf8_general_ci and utf8mb4_general_ci.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Michał, can you recommend what I need to set in the database? Do I need to execute a query in the database to solve a problem?

HI, Vitalii.

Yes, you'll need to run SQL query like this:
stackoverflow.com/questions/1294117/how-...atabase-table-column
Use this collation: utf8_general_ci.
But before that, do a safe copy ;)
