Hello,
I have problem with a slow response, if I have account with thousands friends and messages, then loading every page about 15-20s :(
If account have only few friends and any messages work great.
Is it bug? Or I need change server?
Can you help me?

Hi Jan

We are looking into this specific case, but we are now limited in development bandwidth due the holidays. I will get developers to work on this as soon as possible


- Don't say feature not working. Instead, explain what you tried and what was the outcome.
- When you think you found the bug, try to replicate it on a fresh Joomla.
- When looking for support always provide temporary Super Administrative access to your site. We will ask for it anyway.
- Help yourself and read documentation which can give you answers to almost all questions you may have

thanks for your reply. I use default template protostar, so I think this isnt solution for my problem.
Another idea? :)

I edit notifications interval and now maybe works better, whos know:) but profile, which has hundred messages loading still long. Maybe is solution in limit for loading active chats. Like only 10 chat loading and then if you need click on the button MORE or something like that. (or scrolling down)

No, no. This has nothing to do with template :)
I meant this part:

"Site speed could be related with:

1. You're using Chrome 62 that has known bug, update to Chrome 63 ASAP.
2. You have misconfiguration of JomSocial
Set interval for checking new notifications to 60 seconds: prntscr.com/hnwyyh
Do the same for chat message check: prntscr.com/hnwzdv

Finally, you may enable site debug in Backend -> System -> Global configuration -> System -> Debug system. Then browse to frontpage where it loads slowly.
After page loads completly, check at site bottom for session.
It will list process and how much time they are loaded.
Do this by using Chrome 63 or different browser. "

Did you migrated old messages from previous version? If yes maybe you could clear all old messages and start with carte blanche?

_community_chat_activity
_community_chat_participants

Hi,
I cleared content. Now works fine, but I think that isnt solution problem. In future come this problem again (after lot of messages) i cant still delete messages, you know.
