Changing avatar won't work unless SEF is off after JomSocial upgrade

The avatar change/upload did not work after I upgraded so I followed a solution here that stated that it might be the SEF, and once it's off the avatar change works...
I did try to do what's mentioned here - www.jomsocial.com/forum/installation/204...pload-avatar-problem
But I don't have a JomSocial menu and I want my site to work with SEF.

What should I do?

When you're trying to access it don't try to access the domain, access the link I provided for the admin login (it's a test site), and of course I unblocked it.

This issue caused by this menu itemID 126, I already changed to the correcy value and works fine now.
