Welcome the Technical Support section. Help us in assisting you by providing us with a concise and descriptive elaboration of your issues. Be specific and if possible, provide us with a step-by-step instruction in replicating your problem.
Hello
I'm having a few problems right after I updated the social media 4.3.0 to social media 4.4.4, by uploading videos to avi or mp4 is presenting some error, and does not validate the videos (images 1 and 2 attached),cronjobs is configured correctly.
In members the count is not of all of the members (image 3)

Your first issue is related with Amazon S3.
It seems that they do not recognize key that you're using in JomSocial configuration.
Please, check your key and settings.
Second issue is actually a configuration. You set that module to display currently logged in user friends. That's why it doesn't display all of your users.
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you
Indeed you do not use S3 as everything is set to local server but error still appears:
0 - S3::getObject(, images/videos/242/x6WtvfdC1cA.mp4): [InvalidAccessKeyId] The AWS Access Key Id you provided does not exist in our records.
I assign developer to take a look.
As for your second questions - there is nothing to fix as nothing is broken. Just set this module to display e.g users online.

When a video is published, it is processed normally, but its posting is not occurring on the user's timeline.
And there is also an error in the video link that stays in the notifications.
When you access the notifications (full page), it has a link to the video that was processed, in this URL it is poorly written, adding characters not accepted in URL, thus making the URL for user access invalid:
