Hello,
I have just bought JomSocial 4.4.4 and installed it in my website. The installation went well and I had no problems registering a user, but when I login it gives me a blank page.
Further, I am getting strange pop up messages on my PC saying that jomsocial is no longer installed, after I deleted a few things, as if jomsocial had installed something on my PC.
How can I download a package of standard jomsocial package that is not bugged? Can you please send me a clean package to the e-mail registered in my account?
Thanks!

HI.

Thank you for contacting us.
All packages available here: www.jomsocial.com/component/digistore/licenses?Itemid=209 are clean
JomSocial do not install anything on your PC or elsewhere.

4. Let us know that you provided credentials by posting in the same thread.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

HI, Cristina.

It seems that your server do not meet our system requirements:
prntscr.com/gs9dud

That's why you experience fatal error:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 32 bytes) in /home/valente777/public_html/libraries/vendor/joomla/string/src/phputf8/utils/unicode.php on line 204

Please, contact your hosting provider.
