I just tested it and its working fine.. I able to upload avatar on registration and change avatar page.

I think you misunderstood the problem.

The problem is not uploading avatars. The problem is that users are seeing photos for avatars they did not upload. That means their profile has someone else's picture from a user they are not related to in any way.

This is a security concern and may need to be escalated. Can you please review again?
