Birthdate field is giving issues

Hi,
When i am entering a birthdate is sometimes comes up with the attached error.


Please could you let me know if i can fix this and what is wrong.

You wrote "sometimes"... when exactly? In what cases?
Did you set any date limitations for birthdate field?

Hi,
the red text only appears sometimes but the error at the top of the page appears when ever i try click register.
I have add no limitations to the birthdate field.

I was able to replicate your issue. It enough to click on that field and start choosing the date when notice appears.
Please:

1. Edit your first post.
2. Click switch below main text field: prntscr.com/fk3hdg
3. Provide your site details: backend URL, admin credentials and FTP: prntscr.com/fk3hwz
4. Let us know that you provided credentials by posting in the same thread.

I need to have access to the backend of your site.
