Welcome the Technical Support section. Help us in assisting you by providing us with a concise and descriptive elaboration of your issues. Be specific and if possible, provide us with a step-by-step instruction in replicating your problem.
For some reason when logged in trying to view a users profile page is blank, when not logged in it works fine. No changes have been made to jomsocial code other than normal upgrades

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you
I am not running the latest version of Joomla. I am running 3.27 and I don't see an easy or automatic upgrade path to the latest version.
It looks like maybe the last update I got for Jomsocial requires a newer version of Joomla than I am running, but it installed with no complaints.
I don't think I can uninstall it so I will have to find some way to upgrade Joomla from 3.2.7 to the latest version manually.
Class 'Joomla\Utilities\ArrayHelper' is present in one of latest versions so if you use latest JS on outdated J! then error will be present.
Please, upgrade to latest Joomla! ASAP.
