because of wrong url

img src is messed up. My test local test site is located in folder which is repeated twice.
Image can be found on
http://localhost/folder_test/components/com_community/assets/user-Male-thumb.png
and is generated at:
...\components\com_community\templates\jomsocial\layouts\chat\notification-item.php
