Hi there,
In the pre-sales answers ( www.jomsocial.com/forum/pre-sales-questi...es-comments-and-like ) , I noticed the possility to completely remove both "like" and comments features with some hacks. ( not an option) I was waiting the 4.4 release with ACL integration to buy and test this.

Priority is on activity streams but I suppose I will have same concern for video and photos features.
So, how to proceed ? I wonder to use override php file in the layout template (according to your recommandations) instead of hacking core files.

Thanks advance for your help!

HI, Roudil.

Thank you for contacting us.
The easiest option to do that... is simply to hide those elements using CSS :D
No core hack will be required then ;)

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
