stream shows wrong user after commenting photo

Hello,

We have a photo and a there are some comments on this photo. Now a User added a new comment to this photo. On the stream is the information that a new comment was posted to this photo but the user is wrong. In the comments the corret user is shown, on the stream the wrong user is shown.

If some supporter can help me with this, i can send some screenshots. I dont want to puplish the screenshot for the public.
