To recap.

As stated

1. Video or image is no help as the page does not change in anyway!!!
2. The issue seems when using iPhone and or iPad IOS not with Android
3. In addition I note when the "Remember Me" option is ticked... the system will log you in. So in the meantime we have set that option as default as a short term workaround

How are we going... my clients are still having issues??

I believe my subscription is still up to date any reason no support on this?
