Hi!
I'm having some issues on multiple profiles.
The first issue was when I tried creating fields into a group valid for all 10 profiles that I have. The frontend was showing some fields and some not. So I checked everything and although it was looking fine, I decided to repeat that fields into each group. This worked fine.
Then I got the second issue. When creating fields into a specific group, I got multiple profile changes after saving the new field. For example:
Let's say we have the following:
GROUP A
Field 1 - Profile A
Field 2 - Profile A
Field 3 - Profile A
GROUP B
Field 1 - Profile B
Field 2 - Profile B
Field 3 - Profile B
GROUP C
Field 1 - Profile C
Field 2 - Profile C
Field 3 - Profile C
Then, we add one more field to GROUP C. After save we get the following:
GROUP A
Field 1 - Profile C
Field 2 - Profile A
Field 3 - Profile B
GROUP B
Field 1 - Profile C
Field 2 - Profile B
Field 3 - Profile B
GROUP C
Field 1 - Profile C
Field 2 - Profile A
Field 3 - Profile C
Field 4 - Profile C
After back and forth many times, I managed to organize all profiles.
Then I got the third issue. The frontend is not displaying some group names.
I tried to delete and recreate all again but the problem still happening.
Really need your help.
My site is running J!3.7.3 with JS 4.3 Pro.
Hi Roberto,
- Would you mind provide me password protector to your backend access, please?
- I also need phpmyadmin access to track and debug database record
- The last and the important one, I need your video screencast so I can understand your issue well.
thank you!

HI, Roberto.
I've tried to replicate your issue on my test site... but I couldn't.
Then I've tried on your site as well... but in vain (I left my test field on your site but unpublished).
Please, could you fix profile assignments and orders on your site so I could try to replicate on right structure?
