How to disable profile picture changes in main stream?

And show it only for friends?

Thank you for contacting us.
If you want to show if for friends only - you need to set your profile visibility to "Friends".
If you want to hide it completely browse to Backend -> Components -> JomSocial -> Configuration -> User points and disable "Change profile avatar": prntscr.com/fmse3d

- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements

If you want to show if for friends only - you need to set your profile visibility to "Friends". - Yes is it. But profile link not work for guests and registered member. How can i fix it? So guests can see profile but dont see users stream, photos etc.

Privacy settings are global. You can't set something for friends but in the same time to be available for guests. Stream posts follow profile privacy settings. So there is no option to set what you request. It just contradicts.

Setting I provided hides any profile update posts on stream. Please, check if you disabled correct one. Or search for other profile upload rule.

This feature works correctly.

Michal its works because profile privacy was set to only friends. I change it to public and checked on different profiles now

"User points and disable "Change profile avatar"" still dont work.

Even if it was set to Friends I should be able to see it when I'm logged in.
This is my account after all :)
So for current user it doesn't matter what are profile privacy.
If after changing avatar (with user points rule disabled) I can't see avatar update post - this means it works.

Ah, you mean Profile Cover.
Just disable "Change profile cover" rule.
