UPDATE: I just looked at the visitation dates and that is where this number might come from. It appears that about 138 to 142 are active. Is this the case? Is there a way to see all of our members? I'd like to do a blast to those who aren't active. Thanks!

I have been wondering why it appears we have so few members. When I look at the numbers on the JomSocial dashboard, it shows that we have only 138 members. Since we recently had a membership drive, and we gained nearly 100 members from that drive, I know we have more than 138 members. So I downloaded my member list as a CSV and it shows more than 1400 members.

Can you tell me why the dashboard doesn't list all of our members. Also, how do I fix this?

On dashboard jomsocial only shows the jomsocial users, or the people who already login to your site.

Your uploaded members still Joomla Users, and they are not Jomsocial user yet, until they login to your site :)
