First Registeration Page Works, But Second Page Fails...
I am having an issue with the JomSocial registration. I enabled the JomSocial Registration redirect plugin and everything is working with the redirection from Joomla registration to the JomSocial registration. When clicking on 'Create An Account' I am redirected to the JomSocial registration page - the first page with the standard account items like: name, username, email, and password. I fill these out and then click on 'Next' to go to the next step but then see the page but it is not loaded correctly (see attached image). The second registration page cannot be navigated and seems like the CSS for the page is missing or something. I've tried the JomSocial registration with multiple browsers, clearing cache, etc, but nothing works.
I've included some specific information below about my site setup for assistance:
* TEMPLATE: GavickPro MusicState (used quick start installer and newest version downloaded 5/21/2017)
*JOOMLA VERSION: 3.7.1
Can you please let me know how to resolve this issue as soon as possible? I am working on my site as a development site, but need to get the site live by 5/22/2017 and want to make sure this works before moving forward. I have been trying for hours to figure out the problem, but finally decided to post here for help since I cannot figure it out on my own. Thank you for the help and I look forward to hearing back from you.
Thank you for the quick response. You should be able to access my development site by using the same login information as the Joomla login. I added you as an htaccess user.
Ok, thank you. Is this the only work around? I've tried to get my server host to update his server, but he has been reluctant to help me and get it updated.
Ok, sounds good. I just emailed my host asking him to provide access to PHP 5.6 or newer. I will see what he says and will post back once I get to test on a newer version of PHP. Thank you for the help. I really appreciate it.
