Just been brought to my attention that when registering via an iPhone the calendar does not work properly (just tried it myself to double check) as the title says a new user is unable to set either the year or date.
Someone will have to try and register using an iPhone to try and replicate the results.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

We are using datepicker plugin Amsul, and Amsul has problem with some apple device, you can try the original code from here

That version does not have a button for the year so one has to push the back button many, many times to get to the right year, so probably not a good option -unless it is the only way to go to make Jomsocial compatible.
