For some reason a number of my user's avatars are missing. I had to re-upload the default avatars in the settings section however the default avatar it didn't update in the users profiles. What is the best way to get the default avatars to show if the user is missing one?

Please see the screen shots below. The module shown in an integration with Jreviews and if you click and go to the user's JomSocial profile the avatar is missing. I tried to replace it on the back end by rejecting the avatar so the default would show and that didn't help.

Please check again, it should find now.. this issue caused by the default avatar was missing on Jomsocial configuration->Pro features->profile

So I added it manually from FTP
