When enabling "profile information" (Pro Features > Layouts), information on the person is displayed on "friends list" and "members list".

But,

- there's no linebreak. So all information is presented in one single line. For example: "JohnMillerScotlandDentist28092072FootballTennis". This format does not really make sense,
- the number of words for profile information is quite limited . So important information gets truncated, and the result in many cases is "JohnMillerScotlandDentist28". Also, this does not make really sense.

So, my question is:
How can I add line-breaks to profile information on friends and member lists?
How can I increase the number of words allowed for profile information?

No. 1: how things look with "show profile information" switched on (information from different profile fields is displayed in one single line)
No. 2: when exceeding word limit, profile information gets truncated. So, one cannot see information from remaining profile fields.
No. 3: Screenshot of settings in Profile > Unser Information: "text before field" + enabling "new line"
No. 4: how things look after applying those settings (No.3). Now it looks even more messy, since "text before field" is added to single line of text.

as temporary workaround I applied the solution found here:

Have put the modified "people.browse.php" in /templates/socialize/html/com_community/layouts. So, in order to see the results of your changes you have to rename this file first.

Hi Dimas,
I managed to sort things out by myself.
Added line-breaks manually in "text-after-field" (see screenshot). Moreover, I increased value for allowed characters in "list.php" and "people.browse.php".
So, everything's now works the way I want it.

just to let you know that this solution only works with multi-profiles.
When in basic mode (without multi-profile configuration), I can insert line-breaks in field "text after field". But the system refuses to store them.

Just realized that the line-break feature not only fails to do the job, but breaks the layout of the profile page. So, it seems a good idea to keep hands completely off this feature until the fix is out.
