ISSUE SUMMARY:
in my live site sosailize.net, 2 days ago member “captain Thano” added a video, under which another member “nick steffensen” made a comment also 2 days ago.
Then, “captain Thano” commented again, twice, 22 hours 18 minutes ago & 21 hours 52 minutes ago.
In frontpage stream there is a new post saying “nick steffensen commented on captain Thano’s video” 21 hours 52 minutes ago.
But 21 hours 52 minutes ago the comment was made by the member “captain Thano” and not “nick steffensen”.
Why is this mixed-up?
What can i do to fix it? I can delete the wrong member post, but i can't delete every mistake in the future. Can you imagine what mixups will happen when more members start posting?

Is that stream from latest version action? because on our latest version the stream will be like this

In my jomsocial account the latest version is 4.2.5 the same is installed in my live and test sites. Isn’t it the latest?

In frontpage stream there was a post saying “nick steffensen commented on captain Thano’s video.But now there is not! Did you delete or hide it, or…what happened?

As I see, you added a comment “2” as “john social” under this same video.So I check the admin page components>jomsocial>monitor>activities and there is not the member name in front of #4 action “added a new comment on the video Alaska oceans”. It should be “john social”as in #3 is “Peter Luk…” and #5 is “kevin…”.

The same “no name” issue is also further down in #21 (it should be “soSAILize HelpDesk”(more “no name” further down). Why is that?

Then I check the admin page components>jomsocial>dashboard and between the #3 “Peter Luk…” and #5 “kevin…”, there is “nick steffensen” that added a new comment!!! But it should be “john social”!!! Why is that?

I’ve also noticed in page components>jomsocial>monitor>activities several actions blank, like # 8 blank (more blanks further down) with a date and active. Why is that?
