Stream posts mixed up between members

ISSUE SUMMARY:
Today (12 Nov 2016) we were informed of weird stream issues.
We visited the profile of our member called "Michael" and in his profile stream there were 4 posts of another member called "captain Thano" with 4 added photos ("captain Thano added a photo to Stream Photos album in Sailing with Captain Thano, Ionian Islands 2016 Aug 6-13! event 3 months ago")
Then we checked the event stream of "captain Thano" event "Sailing with Captain Thano, Ionian Islands 2016 Aug 6-13!" and found the 5 photos added that day 3 months ago.
Then we checked the profile stream of captain Thano and the 4 posts were missing and only 1 was there (photo 5).
Please check uploaded pdf with images from live site.

The same problem can be seen in the test site (it is a recently copy of the live site) if you go to profile of member Michael etc.

How can we fix these problems?
1st to put posts back to member profile stream and
2nd not happen again?

He'll contact you ASAP.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Hi Nick,

Maybe that stream photo on profile be hidden, but I am not really sure, but if this issue still happens on future just let us know, since hard for us track the issue on the old post especially any issue related with stream.

The owner of the posts never used "hide this stream". If it is hidden then the owner of the posts should be able to unhide them somehow. Question 1: How do we unhide?

But this is not the case here.
Question 2: Is it normal to have posts that did one member in his event stream, showing in the profile stream of another member?

Question 3: How can i put the posts from wrong member profile stream, back to correct member profile stream?

Hi Nick,

1. You only can do it from phpmyadmiun, clean all record on this table #__community_activities_hide

2. Only will show on home page stream, event stream and profile stream who post the content

3. I am not sure how it can be replicated.. but the only way is user1 put status on user2 profile page, and simply user1 can delete the post from user2 on stream
