ISSUE SUMMARY:
A member (nick steffensen) of my site sent a message to another member (Dr.Ebola) "why are you using my photo" and the other member (Dr.Ebola) answered "I was surprised that it did not load my foto but yours. I don't know how it found your foto but I tried to upload my foto a couple of times but it stuck your foto, instead of mine."

So problem is they had the same avatar photo (check the uploaded file taken from jomsocial>monitor>members).

The avatar problem happened again to other 2 members some months ago and those 2 members after reporting it, never came back to the site (bad reputation).

Also a few months ago signed-in members suddenly were signed-in to the other member's account!

Are all these problems connected somehow?
What is happening?

There is no same avatar now because i used the "remove avatar" in jomsocial admin. The photo i uploaded to you shows the double avatar. So if i upgrade to latest jomsocial the problem will be fixed? It was an issue solved?

And what about the other issue "signed-in members suddenly were signed-in to the other member's account". Is it solved too?

I never heard this issue before, I am not sure this is the fault from our code, or maybe human error.. but if you get this simliar issue please let me know, and I also need to know how to replicate the issue.
