ISSUE SUMMARY:
How can I make limitation on my site for creating new account like:
Use letters (a-z), numbers (0-9)
Username need to have between 6 and 20 characters

How can I have some limitation on new account for some users (like: administrator, superuser, google, facebook, microsoft, jomsocial, socialize, etc). Can I have a file with all those names and new users to be inform that username is already taken?

If there an extension (components) for Jomsocial regarding my wishes?

sorry jomsocial not able to that. all username and password rules depending with joomla it self.
because jomsocial as joomla component.

joomla only have this:
please goto joomla backend > users > manage > options
