ISSUE SUMMARY:
I want to format my Jomsocial splash page, to use certain font type, color, spacing, and font size.
How do I make my JCE editor to be the editor for my splash page, below. And, the default editor for my entire website, so that I will have the ability to nicely format my regular content webpages as well.

HI, Louis.

Thank you for contacting us again.
You can't use JCE for site editing as this is a WYSIWYG text editor for Joomla!.
So it's impossible to use it to edit template.
Template need to be edited in source files... but you need to know html, php and css to do that... and Joomla! file structure and coding rules.
What you request here is template developing/adjusting... and as I said in you previous thread - it's not covered by our Technical Support.

Please, consider to hire a professional developer to help you with. Here you'll find a lot of them: www.upwork.com/groups/jomsocial

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Thanks. One more question.
I found this link below that says how to change the JomSocial default editor from Tiny to JCE, so that I can easily edit my splash page. What are your thoughts? Is this something that I can have the person helping me make my splash page help me do?

Hi Louis.

Take a look at date of this entry :) 4 years ago... it's too old and doesn't apply to current version.
Also JCE allows you to style ONLY content text e.g of an article.
It won't help you to customize template. It's text editor and not template editor.
You need rather something like www.artisteer.com/
