ISSUE SUMMARY: Editing Splash Page Content
Someone is helping me with my splash page.
I have the JCE editor installed but I don't see it when I edit my splash page contents. How do I activate the JCE editor to use for my Splash page. I want to change the font type, font color, font size, and color of the titles, text, and bullets.

How do I change the size of my image to a smaller size?
How do I change the font type, size and color of the name for each image, as well as text under each image?

Would you mind provide me the screenshoot, please? which splash image do you want to edit ? If you mean the banner image on jomsocial home page you can follow this :
if you use jomsocial professional package you can edit the image from Jomsocial backend-> Theme Manager->General and edit "Frontpage image", if you use jomsocial standard pacakge you can change this image components/com_community/assets/frontpage-image-default.jpg manually

I want change the font type, color, height, and bold it.

I also want to change the format (font type, color, height), center, and stack:
"The Social Network For Body Sculpting & Weight Loss"
