Bithday not showing all the years

ISSUE SUMMARY: When the user try to set up his birthday the calendar is stuck in 1899

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 Go to your profile in the site and try to set your birthday
2 The calendar will show you 1899 (see picture attach)

RESULT
cant change birthday
EXPECTED RESULT
change my birthday

please check it. I tackled this issue :)
that was because you put wrong value at birthdate configuration at jomsocial backend.
