ISSUE SUMMARY:
The text written as a response to the profile field by the user should be separated by a comma.
For example, as seen in the image, the "accounts" and "software" should be considered as two different links. Whereas right now, it is considered as a single word and therefore it only shows the members who have both "accounts" and "software" written in the same field when clicked.

Can you please help me solve the issue?

I want it to be like when I click on "accounts", all the members having "accounts" in their fields should come up.

I am sorry, this is not possible.. if you wanna each items value can be searchable you need to change the field type to checkbox
