ISSUE SUMMARY:
Hi there,
Recently i published My site App on the Google Play and App Store, named: Solteras Cristianas, but i have an issue, inside de App user can no upload avatar.

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 download de App and install on mobile phone
2 login with some sample i have in the prívate área
3 click on the home buttom after login in the chat App
4 login in JomSocial
5 upload an avatar
RESULT
Is not posible to upload avatar
EXPECTED RESULT
Upload avatar same as mobile browser

I contacted Cometchat support, here what they say:
Hello,

As we are using webview in Android app for loading the home URL, it is not able pick the profile picture from the device's gallery as the uploading functionality is in the web page of your site.

This is the default functionality of webview. The device's gallery can only be accessed by the native android code and is inaccessible by a third party code/api.

Kindly let us know with your feedback so that we can proceed accordingly.

so that is default behavior, i dont know how their webview be created, but as long as upload avatar is working on mobile device browser so we cant do anything for this further :)
