Wrong menu redirection

ISSUE SUMMARY:
Hi there,
I need help on menu item, every time i chage or modify some menu item, i get some extrange behavior, example, now after i moved some menu item to another, now if user click on contact us form, is redirecting to edit profile page, any help on that?
