Spaces in user profile are removed on save

I have a user who has reported to me that their profile is removing spaces on her pc and ipad. Soitwouldcomeacrossthisway. I was able to go in and fix the profile. Is there a reason this might happen? Thanks, as always.

I need to know how to replicate this and screenshoot if possible, since I cant replicate this issue, and we havent seen the similiar issue before.
