to change the upload color you can use this code :

I mean the text do you want to edit "Start Typing", please you open this file en-GB/en-GB.mod_community_memberssearch.ini and replace this string value :

MOD_COMMUNITY_MEMBERSSEARCH_START_TYPING="Start typing..."
