ISSUE SUMMARY:
Hello,

Something is really wrong with my Jomsocial. NOTHING is working right whatsoever. I am using the most recent Jomsocial and a number of other components, all of which work perfectly except Jomsocial, which is very strange.

Nothing seems to be working - you cannot click on anything. (Buttons/links/icons such as: About Me, Options, Stream, Likes, Photos in Stream, Share, Views cannot be clicked.) When you press any of the buttons, none of them work. (See snapshot.) I have no idea what the issue is. If you can look into this, I'd appreciate it. Thanks!

The htaccess username/password is not working, please you provide the correct account, edit your first topic and fill it inside field "htaccess"

I don't have any htaccess username and password info.

If you log in using the information detailed in the confidential section, it should successfully log you into the server, then there is info to log into the admin and front end of the site as well.

I just tested that user and password information and it did work to log me in successfully.

We have removed the JSPT code you outlined above, but NONE of the buttons previously outlined in my previous snapshot are working at all, do that must not be the issue. Nothing has changed it been fixed by the removal of code of upgrading.

I only purchased Jomsocial for the tech support many months ago. I was using Jomsocial 4.0 before and you suggested that I buy the newest edition of Jomsocial and that would solve the problem.

So I did just that and it is still not working right. The buttons do not work and you cannot click them. Nothing is working right at all and it has been several months now. I need this Jomsocial to work right. I feel like I am getting the runaround with reasons as to why it is not working. Jomsocial is simply not working on my site and I need to get this resolved ASAP.

Please let me know what the issue is. I have done everything suggested and renewed my membership, yet it is not working. Thank you for your help! I do appreciate your time.

I found now, this issue caused by your template, i changed this to protostar and everything is fine, one of example the cog icon on profile page is working

Unfortunately, changing the template is NOT an option. I need it to work with the template we had it set to use.

What is the issue? We cannot just use the Prostar template. That is not a solution.:(

Should we re-insert the JSPT code you had us remove, since that is not the problem??

Yes you can enable again JSPT, I suggest you contact to Joomla template developer for fixing this, since on your template I see some javascript errors
