I would like to create 2 differente profiles:
- 1st: a "normal" profile: can create a wall, groups, events, ....
- 2nd: a "limited" profile: can't have wall, can't create groups or events. But this profile could be members of any groups after validation of "normal profile".

How can I do that with jomsocial ?

You could do that very easy :)
You may use Multiple Profile feature.
Browse to Backend -> Components -> JomSocial -> Profiles -> Multiple profiles
Create new one and choose your settings: i.prntscr.com/01907084d0a7402e9bf874050fdd4d5a.png

Please, note that from now one your new users will choose profile during registration.
Also new profiles won't be applied to your currently existing users - they will use default profile with all fields and privilages set to default.

I have 2 profiles, how I can match a "profile" with an "acces level" joomla. I would like to publish more or less jomsocial links or plugins based on profile.

Can I do automatically at the time of registration of a new member ?

As for now jomSocial doesn't support Joomla! ACL.
This will be implemented in JomSocial 4.3.
But some ACL elements could be implemented by using this extension: www.readybytes.net/jomsocial-profile-type.html

So I come back with my problem.

I need to create a profile like this:
- no activity stream (He doesn't published on a wall)
- no photo
- no video
- to be group member
- to particiapte to a dicussion

I try by using ACL to hidden some toolbar items but items are hidden for all profile.

I need to create my own templates ? How can I know the type of profile in php ?

Please, try extension that I mentioned previously.
Other method will be to customize profile layout and implement php condition that basing on Joomla! groups will load certain page elements... or not.
But this may require to hire a skilled developer...

So I post my new problems here:

- In group I have 2 problems:
-> how I can load pdf or any files in discussion or bulletin group?
-> I can't post answer to a discussion group while I'm admin group (and by the way the other members too).

"Request new feature" is to request a feature in JomSocial, not to post about issues :)

1. You need to enable in that certain group file sharing (just edit group and scroll a bit down the setting list).
Then you need to create discussion or announcement and also enable file sharing in them.

2. Please, post an URL to a discussion that you have issue with and provide us group admin credentials (edit your first post and add them there).
