ISSUE SUMMARY:
Is there a way to make certain fields "dependent" on other Jomsocial fields and guide users to fill out specific fields?

For example, our Male Users have different Fields to fill out and complete, vs. the Female Users, so I need a plugin or the ability to help our Users better navigate what SPECIFIC Jomsocial Fields they should complete in their profile.

So if a User selects "Male", they are directed to the fields that pertain specifically to "Males."

When a "Female" selects "Female", they are directed specifically to the "Female" fields they need to fill out.

Does Jomsocial do this? If not, is there a plugin or or something that you offer that has this EXTREMELY important functionality.

The answer is no, JomSocial doesn't have dependent field feature and there is no plugin that covers it.
The only way to implement them is customization.

Wow. That's surprising. No offense, but this is really silly that a social networking site does not have have this functionality, simply because it is a social networking site with different levels of users with customized fields options.

You should absolutely implement this is the future. It would allow the End User to do so much more with their own social networking site and again, just seems so obvious to have. Especially if people knew that it was a feature that was available.

That feature wasn't available in any version of JomSocial yet. But still I agree that it will be a nifty feature to have ;)
Please, post a feature request under link I provided.
If many users will vote for it - we'll implement it for sure.
