USER WITH THE SAME AVATAR CONFLICT

ISSUE SUMMARY:

hi i have Joomla! 3.5.1 jomsocial 4.1.6 and 3646 users in jomsocial. I have the problem that sometimes i have users saying me that they have an avatar of another user. Is not a cache issue because if i clean the cache the avatar is still in the profile of this other user.

Do you know what can be?

hehe, noo was not only one time. I have this problem with different users. But i don't have right now because this avatar problem are already fixed.
