ISSUE SUMMARY:
Log in as User. (Login info provided below) Once logged in, scroll down you will see the Jomsocial Toolbar. We cannot figure out how to hide it

or remove it.

goto jomsocial backend > configuration > layout, Show Toolbar

Thanks for the response. The Toolbar is indeed disabled on the Backend, yet is it is still displaying when logged in as a user.
