ISSUE SUMMARY:
Cannot Get Profile Info to display on the Page.

Hello,
I previously posted in the Pre-Sales Forum about this and I just renewed my subscription with Jomsocial a few minutes ago. So now I am posting here.

You stated that I can move the Profile Info by" "You can achive it by put the module to "js_profile_bottom" or maybe you can put it on your another position on profile depend your needs :)"

I am not sure what you mean specifically. Move what? Is there a Profile Info "module" that is supposed to be published - I am not sure what or where I to find the Profile Info in order to make it visible? I have spent hours looking, but I cannot find HOW to get the Profile Info to display.


STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 Login as User.
2 Go to User's Profile Page.
3 the "Profile Info" does not display in any module, on any page.

Hi,

there jQuery conflict from your site template it self.
to proving it, try using Protostar template (joomla default). will able to view user info.

my suggestion please upgrade your jomsocial to latest version 4.2.1
