ISSUE SUMMARY:
I have members who signed up that I want blocked (spam members). I did not enable them and do not want to delete them from the system because I want their email address recorded so they can't sign up again. Since they are not enabled, they show up as pending members in my JomSocial notifications (administrator). How do I remove them from the notification or move them to a "blocked/denied" area?

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 Have someone sign up that will not be enabled or allowed to join
2 Look at Notifications in JomSocial admin

RESULT
They stay showing as pending
EXPECTED RESULT
Mark them as banned and hide them from Notifications as pending, but not allow login access

it cant, because blocked and pending user having same status (at joomla side).
