Streamline Does not work properly

Also I don't experience any slowness - your site or it elements load pretty fast for me...

Please, try to disable any caching extensions and clear Joomla! cache.
Then check again and please, report about results.

You install Zend OPcache on your php library, please you disable it.. let me know how it goes.
