Hi Jonathan,

Actually the new user already active, since you dont need activate the new user, if you want user activate manually via email you can change it from Joomla User manager->options->set "New User Account Activation" to Self.

Hi dimas, i know that new users are already active. That's not the problem.

The problem is that after the first joomla step of register they have a mail eith the details of the account. But if they don't finish the registration in the site that account details of the mail is not active. And if they close or go back in the registration proccess they loose the info and the acount even they have a mail with the account details.

Hi Jonathan,

This is our default system, to finish the registration you need follow the registration process until the last last step, at least until steps 2.

If they click back to step 1 they should click refresh page and fill again the data, or you will get invalid token / session expired, this behavior is for avoiding the spam.
