You mean Joomla! cache or browser cache?
Joomla! caching often cause issues so consider to disable it...

I'm not sure what exactly cause this issue... as I was unable to replicate them.
But if it's caused by caching, then simplest fix is to disable it.
I have the problem still, I think the problem comes when I in the backend which change eg. module position or something like adding new modules.

Try to activate and deactivate certain modules and check which one could cause the issue.
Also, make sure that you're using latest version of JomSocial -> 4.2.2.
