Hello I get the error message when I click it, a profile

Error Sorry, User ID not found.

what is the problem?

when I click with mobilephone on the profile it works. but with notebook or pc it does not work, then comes the error message "error, user id not found"

To what profile issue apply?
Or what URL I need to test?
Does it apply to all profiles?

all profiles have this error message, but with mobilephone there is no error message, its work on mobilephone

What browser do you use?
Do I need to click profile names in a specific place? I've tried direct from activity stream.

when i clear the browser cache, then everything is ok for a while.
later comes the same error message

i use chrome browser and mozilla

You mean Joomla! cache or browser cache?
Joomla! caching often cause issues so consider to disable it...

I have the joomla cache cleared days a few, it may be that it is why do these error messages??

I'm not sure what exactly cause this issue... as I was unable to replicate them.
But if it's caused by caching, then simplest fix is to disable it.

I have the problem still, I think the problem comes when I in the backend which change eg. module position or something like adding new modules.

no one has an idea why this happens? the expelled only my members

Try to activate and deactivate certain modules and check which one could cause the issue.
Also, make sure that you're using latest version of JomSocial -> 4.2.2.
