Hi, John.
You hold a JomSocial PRO license so only ONE domain is supported.
Your supported domain is: is6.co.uk
And you request support for: crowd-velocity.co.uk. I'm sorry but as it is different domain, support will be not provided for it at the moment.
Unless you change supported domain (need to have valid reason e.g domain name typo)
Please post a domain change request here:
www.jomsocial.com/forum/billing-issues
After your request is accepted, please, update this thread and make sure it has "Pending Support" status.
Hi, John.
I've set Joomla! to send user password.
Now I received welcome email:

thanks
can you tell me whay it says this in the email?
Once you have completed the rest of registration process, you will receive another confirmation email.
I dont think there is another part of the process
Hi, John.
Usually it has another part :)
You may change this by creating language override.
Please, read this documentation:
documentation.jomsocial.com/wiki/Changin...gle_Sentence_or_Word
Hi, John.
You may download full package from here:
www.jomsocial.com/component/digistore/licenses
Then just extract files and there you'll find original language ini file.
I suggest to not edit that file - use language override instead.
Emails may be sent as text or html. You can't encrypt them.
Hi, John.
Yes, you may create override for that language constant and remove password placeholder in it.
Just use Joomla! language override feature:
documentation.jomsocial.com/wiki/Changin...gle_Sentence_or_Word
COM_COMMUNITY_EMAIL_REGISTRATION = Hello %s,\n\nThank you for registering at %s. Your account details are as follows:\n\nUsername: %s\nPassword: %s
Remove "\nPassword: %s" from text above.
Hi, John.
I can't see changes you've made:
