ISSUE SUMMARY: I've installed - JomSocial/EasyBlog using JFB-Connect - months ago and all was working. Now I've installed - Guru - ISEO - AdyAgency (light) to evaluate these extension and some issues happened on JomSocial side. Even logged as Super Admin I'm enable to edit anything on activity stream, post on that - form on stream is missing, delete even my own posts, see menu tree on JomSocial menu, change profile picture and so on - It looks like I have no rights to do that. I also installed recently three more components - Invite-x, JoomBri Freelance, Community Answers.

I try to check System/Global Configuration/ and JomSocial not show in there.


STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1- Login as administrator
2 - Redirect to Home page
3 - Unable to see menu three, edit status...
4 - Can create groups, discussions and Events,
5 - Can't Post photos, vídeos, posts
RESULT
EXPECTED RESULT - Get access to all features as before.
BROWSER - Firefox, Chrome, Safari

This seems to be js script conflict.
Checking your site code I noticed that jQuery an Bootstrap is loaded twice:

I disabled Bootstrap load in JFBC but jQuery is still loaded from:
code.jquery.com/jquery-1.8.3.js

Check your extensions and disable external jQuery load.

I checked all my extensions and disable from JomBri and still are not working. What you suggest to do? I'm not an expert! Should I avoid one of extensions that is causing it?

I'm not sure bit it may be implemented in your current template.
Make a test - but you'll need to restore Protostar template.

Please, follow those instructions:

It will restore Protostar template.
Then switch to it and check if issue persist.

I try as you suggested and do not work, so I decide instal everything in Local server and install components and extensions one buy one.

After install AdAgencyLight the same problem happened in the active stream as I reported! I uninstall the AdAgencyLight and Modules and it comeback to work again. The problem is AdAgencyLight for sure!

I would love have an extension like this one, so please inform when this bug is fixed.

But please, install it on your site bud disable in Extensions (to avoid issue).
I need to see that extension on your site to be able to locate the fault.
As I see in file head jQuery is also loaded (so with AdAgency it's loaded 3 times).
It should be enough to disable jQuery in AdAgency configuration.
But in order to do that it must be installed on your site.

Ok, I have installed it! Please, I'm almost ready to lunch the service so I need activestream back as soon as possible! The module are running on timeline e community menu on aside position.

  • AddyAgency also are not allowing more then one text add per zone,
  • The backend AdyAgency settings/general get slow on loanding,
  • After save it shows the message as attached.

I fixed SQL issue - one table record was missing.
I disabled jQuery: i.imgur.com/ccYDmx7.png
Now post box appeared on your site.

Please, note that AdAgency Light is a limited version of full product - that's why you can add one text add per zone.

I can't do anything with slow AdAgency backend as this is free version with limited support.
